Session Title:  Working From Home, and a Possible Hybrid Future

Session Description:  As we transition out of the pandemic, many employers are eager to return their employees to the traditional workplace.  However, will that be a reality in our future given fears employees have regarding contracting illness?  Understanding how to assess reasonableness of work from home accommodations as well as what considerations are important in regards to employer risk and employee safety in work from home and hybrid environments will be key in moving forward.   Join us as we discuss best practice options and the potential risks to consider as to consider when offering a work from home option in the future.
