As an employer, good data is imperative in order to make reasonable accommodations decisions you can feel confident about.  You need clear medical information on work restrictions/functional limitations or leave needs and the duration of such.  What if you have been unable to obtain this vital information?  This session will focus on understanding when it is appropriate to use the tool of a Fitness for Duty Examination and how to employ it properly.  Attendees will leave with both a process and template materials you can use.
